3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup nonhydrogenized margarine
3 ripe bananas
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup almond (or any non-dairy) milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp salt
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 8×4 loaf pan with cooking spray.
2. Sift flour, baking soda, salt and spice together.
3. Cream the margarine and sugars. Add he bananas, milk, and vanilla. COmbine wet ingredients into the dry.
4. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350F for approx an hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
