Vegan Crispy Garlic Croutons


4 cups stale or lightly toasted bread, cubed
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ground thyme
½ tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp coarse salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients until well coated. Spread evenly onto baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid burning. Makes 4 cups.
