Hummus Gluten-Free/Vegan

Ingredients:
1-16 oz can chick peas
½ tsp ground cumin
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp tahini
2 cloves garlic
Salt to taste

Topping:
1 tbsp olive oil
Paprika
1 tbsp parsley

Rinse chick peas and puree. Add cumin. Add all other ingredients and puree. Garnish with topping.
