Vegan Pumpkin Bread

1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup water
egg substitute for 2 eggs (I use ground flaxseed)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 2/3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves

1. Mix sugar,flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, and cloves.

2. Add in pumpkin, applesauce, water, and egg substitute. Mix well.

3. Bake in a lightly greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 65-70 minutes or until center is cooked through. Let cool for 10 minutes and remove loaf from pan to a plate. Serves 6-10
